ok so second track day in the dc5 was Snettertons full size 300 international circuit. took the ek9 there last year so was looking forward to going back in the 5.

ok so the prep

tegiwa intake with group M scuttle, sounds amazing on and off vtec.

replaced the shot front ebc red stuff brakes and fitted front
camber bolts at the same time.

ebay beaks bar that didn't fit and d2 rear camber arms.

tegiwa short shifter kit, best mod so far.

fitted oem black 17s with bridgestone potenza REO70, best tyre I've used to date. pics fitted on the guys car I bought them off.

ok so now some pics from the track day.

was a few dc5s there on the day, be it one was driven like a granny, still managed to have fun with both on track though.

Lots of mods to be or have been fitted snice then including a cat back, carbon bonnet, FRSU, RBC inlet, j's racing 70mm tb, semi slicks and a few strut braces.

watch out for dc5 track day and prep 3, next up brands hatch.

I know this has been done to death but what are they like to drive, good power and handling?

Smooth or harsh and noisy?

I really like them but kind of torn between one and an S2000. The EK9 is just a bit too abrupt for me.

Arctic Blue looks great with black wheels too.
