Demon moates for Neptune

My demon is dead. I was perfectly installed. I was just making some idle tuning and suddenly neptune crashes. I restart the software but this time it couldn't connect to demon. When I open the ECU I realize the demon has no LEDs on, demo is dead.
I will get a new one, but I want to know is this is a common issue or I had very bad luck.

I have head of it before, but rarely, I wouldn't say common (Ive heard of Hondata S300s just dying too). contact Moates see if they repair, or will offer you an upgrade to the new demon 2.
