so one off my mates accidentally reversed into my ek the dent isn't that bad but its took paint off as well, so i am going to have the whole door resprayed.. I got a quote from a good body shop of £200, which he is paying.. BUT i'm a bit worried about the colour match, and wether it will look oem and blend.. It is a good condition 98 model frost white..

Just wanted your opinions and hopefully reassurance

Any good bodyshop shall give you a good match and you wont be able to notice it easily.

However depending on the condition of your original paint, it will have faded to a degree over time, this may add to the shade differance.

Should be fine, white fades minimally and all the paint I've ever had mixed up in Frost White has matched the old colour very well.
