Door locks but won't unlock!

Only the drivers side door. Passenger side is absolutely fine. Driver side locks perfectly just won't unlock.

Only thing that happened was my battery went dead after that the problem started. It is very cold do you think it could just be the cold?

Could be to do with the cold. I had to heat a key up last night with a lighter and stick it in to the door a couple of times to taw it out before it would turn to open.

mine does this, but i live in the caribbean (so the cold is out of the question), so i'm guessin the lock actuator's strained or sumtin!.......

this happened to mine last week but that was a very hot day.

Still take the door cards off and lube them up. It doesn't have to be the weather its where all the system drys up.
