Ok, seems you had a passanger for a start? Thats maybe 80kg extra weight which could be costing you maybe .3 depending what he/she weighs.
Your launch isnt that bad, but you need to hold the revs higher and preload the clutch, drop your tyre presures to 20psi, this will help. What size tyres are you running?
Whats your rev limit and what are you shifting at? You seemed to drop out of vtec on one of the runs 1st to 2nd, so you need to be shifting higher for def (unless that was a one off). Have you had your car on the rollers, do you know where peak power and torque are? You need to be shifting so you drop into or close to your peak area if you can.
There is a 14.5 in the car just with a good launch and and no passanger.
I've never raced at crail, so not sure how the grip is, but it seems similar to Elvington, which has good grip for an un prepped surface, you should be able to hit a 2.1 60ft, which would give you a mid 14 run.
Other thing to note is change gear faster, I nearly flat shift on the strip, I wouldnt recommend it straight away, but just practice changing as fast as you can, 3 shifts on the track so it all add up.
