Driveshaft poped out AGAIN

Its the 5th time it does this. Changed shaft, changed the little pin at the end, checked all bushes,checked everything i side, re-greased everything, dont know what else to do.
I got a CUSCO lsd and s4c box. Car was driving perfect for 3 years one day while in vtec it poped it out like in the picture and since then whenever i put it back in and vtec it pops it out and lose all the oil and gets the car f*&*ing filthy

PLZ HELP GUYS do i need to take the box of and inspect the lsd??
