in need of some info. im away to put a set of ek9 cams v/springs ect into my b16a2 and get the head gas flowed. is this mod worth it and would i need ECU work to run they mods or will the ECU handle the mods
stock ecu will run it and u might get slight gains... min u need is something like a vafc to do fuel... def need upgrade for rev limit and ignition maps....
but if money is issue it will run ok enough with stock sir ecu
thanks m8 i want a hondata re map but it costs a bomb and once doing the head work it will be a while before i can aford it. so do u know what sort of power to gain from this cheers
to get the best results you should get a better ecu map, or a chipped one. I'll recommend buying a thin head gasket just to raise the engine compression a little.
