ECU problem only runs on p28

hello, ive got a em1 b16a2 obd2 civic with a stock ecu which is (PT2)

i used to run that ecu before changing to a chipped (p28)

i need to run the car on the stock ecu now but its cranking but not starting, i bought a demobilizes ecu and
still does not run.

needing help cheers joe

Check if the fuel pump is working. Depending on the ecu it can be on one of 2 pins IIRC.
