Hi all,
Just after a quick piece of advice before i buy a new ECU

basically my ek4 vti is stripped so the ECU is exposed in the passenger footwell,
last night driving home i had a battery i was transporting which i had just swapped as mine is dead,
going round a roundabout and it slid and hit my ecu.. car died, now it turns over but never kicks in,
is there anything i should be checking before just buying another ECU?

fair sure its fried from the impact but thought id check.

Check the inertia switch might have tripped. Open glove box and reach in behind right hand corner of glove box, push down on the push button to reset

your the man.
