ECU - what engine is this for?

i have an ecu, bearing the code
37820 - P2T - G01
937 - 109435
CFZ FZ

what engine is this supposed to be used for?

b16a. That ecu is from a EK4 civic

would it work with a b16a2 engine? the civic's vin plate says thats what engine is in it, although ive been told it should be a b16b

Yes is fine to run a b16a2. If chassis number starts with EK4 then that is the correct engine for that car.
