Hi all.

I currently have standard EK9 shocks and springs in my civic and have always heard that Eibach pro-kit are the best springs money can buy for them. They dont drop it much (25mm AFAIK, correct me if i'm wrong) but the handling is meant to be much improved over standard.

Now i am really happy with the EK9 OEM stuff, its perfect for my roads (twisty hilly bumpy Donegal B-roads) but was wondering if anyone is running these springs with OEM EK9 shocks on here?

I reckon coilovers would ruin my car for my roads as they are so bumpy, as it is i can hammer the car into dips and bumps with no worries at all and the suspension begs for more.

So i was toying with the idea of dropping a small amount as the arch gap is pretty big, but dont wanna lose drivability.

How my car sits at the minute:

Any help much appreciated...

used to have them, they will drop it a little.

how much are they? compared to getting say meisterR's? as there very good coilover for road and even track.

TBH not all coilovers are that bad when it comes to bumps, and if you really want you could change to s softer spring on them. plus handling is unbeatable on coilovers. Miester R do a good set up, and its well worth the money, and thier fairly comfortable. You spent alot on that car might as well go all the way. nice color BTW

Dunno how much they are going for TBH mate, but i'd like to try the Eibachs first.
They won't be hard to sell again if i'm not concinced by them.
Have you got any pics of the eibach's fitted?

Thanks man....:nice:

I know not all coilovers are are rubbish on **** roads, and if i was going to go the coilover route, i'd more than likely sway towards the MeisterR's.

Thanks for the nice comment!:)

I had them on my old EK9 with toyo T1Rs. could fling it round the corners and was predictable, good spring set up.
