EK B18C4 Swap HELP!

will it finally happened to me, I cant get my engine to start. I have a UK spec 99 civic 1.4 hatch stock motor is a D14Z2 with a 5 speed trans. The stock engine took a dump and I have been rebuilding a B18C4 out of a UK spec civic vti, 5 speed. so far I have a spoon head gasket, APR head bolts, stage 3 act clutch kit, aem fuel reg, RC 550 injectors, chipped ecu from Phearable.net with a jumper. aem wideband, aem tru boost, and as soon as i get this engine started ill put the RC injectors/ fuel reg back on along with the ball bearing GT35R turbo. so I have fuel. yes i pulled to rail off and watched each injector spray and spark but no start i changed the cap rotor, coil, plugs and all of my ground wires were good but i decide to change them any way just to be sure i have used the chipped ecu and the stock D14 ecu. i cant use the stock b18 ecu because it has a immobilizer build into the board.
when I try to start is just cranks over and between to 3 and 5 crank it studiers but it will not do anything else. i definitely think its a wiring problem and im leaning more towards the dizzy but idk i have attached some pics of the ecu and dizzy.

well since nobody can help I guess i will drive the car into a wall. oooh wait i cant.... fml
their got's to be some honda hacker out their with an idea.
 
Is there a CEL light on? If so, which code?
 
hummm...your getting fuel and spark but it will not fire.
Have you tried NEW plugs? What fuel pressure are you at? How old are your plug wires/leads, OEM?
 
The the spark plugs are new NGK R, new coil, injectors are clean, my wires are old but I have nology wires are in the mail right now. and i put the stock injectors and reg back on to get it started so idk the fuel pressure.

Ok so i figured out the problem. i had to cut the map and tps sensor wires to make the longer for the B18 and i jacked up the order of the wires. did a little
drive around the block runs like **** but the ecu is mapped for 550cc injectors and i dont have the charge pipe hooked up so tomorrow will be a fun day..lol. the ball bearing turbo sounds amazing and i cant wait to hit a little boost.
