EK Civic Coupe - What to look out for

As title says. Ment to be buying a civic coupe but what have I to look out for? I checked for rust and all that seems ok but is it just the back arches and the back of the sills? First experience with a coupe so just asking to be safe.
 
Check the boot doesn't leak, so water in the spare wheel well/stains on the boot carpet, it's pretty common....aside form that the arches/sills etc as you say :)
 
They all have some sort of leek in the boot, ive read so many topics on forums about it and still no1 knows why. The rear passenger side light usually has water damage. Also check the rear discs to ensure that the calipers arnt seizing. Other than that just the rust on rear arches and bottoms of the doors as has already been said.
 
Yeah i know about windows etc. Its got a full years MOT so cant be that bad. lol.
 
As said look for the common places for rust, boot leaks are common and can usually be cured by replacing the rear light foams.

Main thing would be checking the rear calipers are not seized as I had both of mine go a few months apart.
