ek4 gearbox?

What is the standard gearbox in an EK4?

Would I gain much advantage swapping out for an EK9 S4C box?

The standard is a S4C with out a LSD , so fitting the S4C out of an EK9 would gain a LSD .

I'd say it would be a good swap

in my EK4 96' i have Y21 box for sure... and im thinking of swaping it for S80! any clues how different will it be or does S80 fit B16A4 block anyway??

AFAIK Y21 and S4C both have the same gear lengths. Only JDM EK4's have had en OPTION for LSD. So EK9 S4C would gain an LSD just like the S80, which has a shorter 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear at the cost of a bigger gap between 3rd en 4th.
