Will the EK4 rear sway bar d clips that hold the bushes in fit the ek9 rear sway bar?

No they don't because the EK9 rear ARB is 22mm and the EK4 one is 15mm from what I can remember. You'd need an EK9 arb with the d brackets and bushing. Don't forget you need an ASR subframe brace to run an EK9 Arb on an EK4.

Here's mine

great thanks mate. is yours an asr sway bar? also where did you get your subframe from as i have heard theres fakes out there.

Yeah I'm using a 24mm ASR ARB with the ASR brace. I bought it off a lad braking a race car in the tegiwa cup. Yeah watch out for the fakes they are generally priced around £50. The genuine ASR Kit is roughly £200

great reply guys. so why go for 24mm rather than the 22 mm ek9 sway bar? will it make a difference?

A larger rear bar will increase oversteer unless balanced with a larger front bar. It really just depends on how you would like the car to handle. There is such a thing as going too large on an arb as well... as with many things, bigger is not always necessarily better. They key is to have balanced and predictable handling characteristics for your driving style.
Again, I would suggest reading this post for starters: http://www.ek9.org/index.php?threads/information-about-ek-sway-bars-useful-information.31/
There's a lot of useful information in there and it will begin to give you a better understandanding.

I've set the car up to match my driving style, obviously its a track / race car not a road car. A 22mm EK9 arb is still a great upgrade over the standard 15mm EK4 rear ARB. Remember there is pros and cons to everything you do, there is plenty of information available on these subjects via the search function mate.
