EK4 vs EK9 Mirror glass?

Hi There, i have a question:

Is there any difference between the EK9 and EK4 exterior mirror glasses? i know EK9 has electrical adjustment and power folding options and no idea if there's something similar in an EK4, but don think that matters.

I Just wonder if EK4 mirror glass will fit into EK9 mirrors?

Why you might wonder? I found these nice golden mirror glasses from chargespeed. => ƒGƒAƒƒp[ƒc‚ÌCHARGESPEED@ƒ`ƒƒ[ƒWƒXƒs[ƒh

actually they're only listed for EK2-5 (MAY95 - AUG00). can anyone tell me if they will fit into my '00 (facelift) EK9 mirrors?

Hi,

I picked up some broken ek9 mirrors with the idea of transplanting the guts into my ek4 ones = fail!

The ek9 mirror bodies are totally different and swapping isnt possible, and from what I remember about the lenses they dont swap over either.

Just need to find some scrap ek9 mirror parts to enable me to make mine into a proper set now
