EK9 Advice - Newbie!!

I am still on the hunt for a EK9 and have come across a 2000 plate facelift on the net.

After speaking to the keeper I have been told the car does not have any history apart from a few reciepts for services carried out whilst in the UK.

Would this car be worth the price assuming all the panels line up and there is no sign of any accident history?

I would be very, very, very cautious. If it doesn't come with the import documents I, personally, wouldn't touch it with a 30ft barge-pole.

If you still want it then I'd get a professional opinion on the car as to whether there is any crash damage, get a full HPI check and see if you can find out any history of the car such as previous owner contact info. to find out what happened to the import documents.

You could either be looking at buying a bargain...or a moose.
 
buy it. who cares about import docs. just check it over. if you notice anything strange get more money off it.
 
It lists who imported it so maybe give them a call? If they are a half decent company they will have records of cars they have imported.
