Ek9 cams price and high comp build

Will be removing these and inlet mani and tb soon so wondering what they would be worth? Will also be building a high comp b18 very soon and just wondering if any1 has used cometic top and botom gasket sets? Any issues with them? Would I be better off with oem headgasket
I already have pro1s,cam gears,super tech valve springs,hondata,rc440 and arp head studs.
Will also be getting acl bearings,wiseco pistons,eagle rods,oem oil pump,water pump and timing belt,valve guides,arp main studs.. Anything else I need?

Was also thinking of getting the head ported an polished and a 3 angle valve job and maybe the inlet port matched to the head.
 
EK9 Cam's usually go for around 200ish, inlet manifold and TB around 100-150, varies a bit at times. And are if you have skunk2 pro series 1 cams, aren't these very similar to OEM EK9 cams? Maybe I'm wrong, If it were me and you were looking at the high comp build I'd definitely be throwing something lumpier in there.
 
sounds quite similar to my built teg altho im running pro2+ skunk cams,brian crower forged rods,custom intake manifold set-up and a few other wee bits,if uve any questions send me a pm mate

Take it you mean pounds?.. Think you may be confusing with tuner series man.
Will be using pro1 for the moment as I have them there already. Will be upgrading to something bigger afterwards.

What compression pistons did you go for? I'm still undecided what rating to go for. Is it a road car you have or track car?
 
i went for the highest compression one,car is currently running 13:1 compression,i did have it as a road car but was a waste and driving any distance with my gearbox was annoying lol so its just an all out track car
