Ek9 Cluster Incorrect Calibration?

Bought a set of ek9 clocks and there reading 20km/h out?
Any idea why this would be or how to go about fixing it?

But the wierd thing is they sit on 0 when its stopped

Are you on oem wheels? A change in wheel size will affect the reading
