Ok my ek9 is having massive missfire and Big power loss at th 2000-3800 rpm range only at moderate to half throttle,i open the throttle more than half to WOT then power hits all of the sudden,check engine ligth is on,ok first,anybody knows what migth be the problem,TPS?also i unplug the tps and it dont missfires anymore,only power loss, ,can anybody tell me how to jump the plug to read codes,can,t find how to do it...need help im frustrated..

That is definitely your distributor mate, 2 of the ones i have replaced were hesitating at about 3k rpm.

Thanks guys,i checked my distributor and it was fine,so i finally checked the cel codes and it indicated a bad knock sensor,so i checked it and it was completley cracked in half and it came off,the electrode was bouncing around and was driving the ecu crazy,easy fix...

How did it crack in half? Crap!
well reason why it broke is because im using a jdm wire harness in a lhd chassis so some of the wires didnt reach to where they needed and that was one of them,the knock sensor wire had a lot of tension and it cracked it..
