EK9 rear hatch handle.

Odd question...

USDM 99-00 Civic hatchback have a handle on the rear hatch that you use to open it.

USDM 96-98 Civic hatchbacks do not have this handle (only way to open is with key or lever inside car)

My JDM 2000 EK9R doesn't have the handle on the hatch. Do any of you guys have a JDM 99-00 hatchback with a handle on the hatch?

None of the EK9's have a handle on the hatch, only the leaver inside the car!
