Ek9: Sell it or part it out? Decisions decisions...

Hey Guys,

I'm here in Japan and unfortunately for the US laws if your car doesn't have 25 years you cannot import it back to the States.
I'm debating whether sell it as a whole or part it out and possibily build it up on an ek chassis or sell every part. It also depends whether im gonna stay here in Japan for another 2 years or go back to the States in December. I will find out in middle march...
What would you guys do in my shoes?

What gets you the most cash?

I'd suggest putting the car back to OEM spec & selling the parts on their own.

if your not that highly invested in it ie havent bought a load of aftermarkey stuff, id sway to just selling it on.

it's kinda hard to put it back oem...lol...i have a sh*t ton invested on parts...

build it back up in the states means no ek9 chassis, but is gonna be a simple ej/ek chassis and we all know the differences between the 2...

Sold as is it would not go for less than 8k USD...stock maybe 6k.

im seriously thinking the parting out option...makes more sense, more hassle, more money...
