EK9 wiring & EK2 wiring, r they the same?

hey guys;

a quick check with you guys there;

those wiring tat runs under the dashboard; for ek2 n ek9;

are they like any differences?? or can they be like the same; other den the ones which read the OBD2 ecu??

i have got a chance to remove the dashboard and my mech sed that my wiring is heck a mess; the previous owner tap the wires here n there. kinda messy;

he asked me to change to ek9 wiring. and it will still support my OBD1 ecu n etc.

so; guys; any idea? just wanna get more info b4 i make a move.

I'd expect the dash harness to be the same but the best way to check is to look at the schematics in the service manuals between the two vehicles and see what connections they each have. Hope you get it sorted dude.
