Electric window issue need help ASAP!

Hi folks my passenger electric window (ek4 99)won't go down will only go up? I took out the reg and motor greased up the reg and checked power to motor which is fine all fuses are fine so I swapped driver side switch panel and still no joy? Any any help greatly appreciated

Couple of common possibilities-
You may have a broken wire at the Hinge area of your door ( wiring harness flexes there every time you open the door )- either on the passenger , or drivers side harness...
You may have an issue with the drivers side master switch failing, allowing voltage to go in only one direction.
Or it may be the passenger switch causing the one way operation.
Best plan of attack is to get a wiring diagram and a DVOM and start to isolate the lack of ground or power from your switch down stream.
Good luck- I just got done replacing my floor harness due to broken wires on the door seams. Very fun times.

Thanks for the reply have changed driver side switch in the meantime with still no luck so next il try passenger switch if that fails looks like il be going down the route of following the wires back to the cause of the problem which is the last thing I want to have to do

If it doesn't work, check the door harness where the wiring harness flexes at each opening event (both sides). This is a common failure point.
