Hey guys,
I've got my friend's charged ep3 at work which I'm doing some work on.
He's rebuilt the suspension over winter, and he's got some new yellow speed coilovers and camber arms etc.
I need to do a basic suspension set up, car is used for fast road use I suppose.
I'm thinking 1-1.5 degrees camber on the front with neutral toe.
And 0.5-1.0 degrees camber on the rear with 0 toe.

What you guys think?

Does it have shorter toe arms on the front?
Without these your limited to your camber as ANY negative camber really pulls the toe in.

He has standard toe arms, so he is limited really I guess.

You'll see when you start playing with it. You adjusting via the camber plates on the coil overs?

This...

Mine at -1.8 or so had my wheels toed in 2 degrees with zero adjustment left.

Yeh I will be, I'll just see what happens.
I need to get him some new track rod ends cause the ones he's fitted don't fit the steering arm on the hub.

I'll have to just keep it fairly stock for him then. He'll have to get different toe arms

With camber bolts and standard struts with lowering springs I was able to get -1.5 with no issues. With the meister's in that's where I had problems, needed shorter arms then. Funky power do them for around £70-80.
