Fifa 12 What do you think???

Basically I bought the latest Fifa yesterday and it's brilliant! But tbh, can't help feeling it's not really gone forward that much. The tackling stuff is all well and good but for example, I struggled to defend against QPR and Norwich so teams like Man City and Man Utd are going to pretty much be un-playable in terms of stopping the attacking threat lol Also your players never seem to be in a position where they at least have a chance of intercepting the ball from opposition passes and you always seem to be chasing the game when not in possession! Argh! Only little niggly things but they really annoy me as last years Fifa was brilliant at pretty much everything!

What are your thoughts?
 
I've got all the fifas love them I agree with you on it not moving forward much but the tackling makes it that bit harder so it's not as easy to win good game though!
 
I quite like it, a lot better skills etc and touches are more realistic. I especially like it when you hold R1 whilst passing he does a wee fancy flick for the pass :p
Although the tackling is brutal :lol:
 
lol I guess as a footy fan, I don't wanna play a footy game where I spend most the game defending lol I wanna attack! still sick though, need to compare it to PES 12 when it comes out!
 
i really wish they would bring back the indoor soccer of fifa 98.. that was unreal ...i still play iss 97 (international superstar soccer pro evolution) just knowin as pro evo now... its unreal and the finishin in it so good but you have to be able look past the graphics ,which i can because i bought it in 97! ha :D ... will probaly buy this new fifa though.. and off topic but roll on tiger woods 2012 :D
 
I'm a massive fan of all the Fifa's, I think Fifa 11 was a big change from 10. I havent actually yet played 12 but will hopefully be picking it up this week or so. But playing online lots i do agree with the comments above in the fact that you are chasing the game lots when not with the ball. To be honest i find the best defensive tactic on Fifa is to actually predict your opponents pass and attempt to head it off or better intercept it. But that can leave you open to a very good attacking player! :D

Haha the indoor was savage , just boot it off the walls :clap: , that would be class if they brought it back !

Fifa 12 to buy or not to buy that is zee question :nerv:
