Finally picked up my Ek9. . . .

finally picked up my ek9 yesterday and got it home after a 16 hour drive.

The car is awesome, didnt realise how quick they were untill i drove one myself and the handling is the best ave ever experienced.

Its pretty much stock and pictures will follow however. . . . . .

On full lock its a bit 'tickity' and very unsure so i took it down to my mechanic for his opinion and he said the small cogs round the diff are fcukd think he said planet gears or somethin (4 of em) so the gearbox should be taken out 2day or 2mroro and its gettin rebuilt. kindda sux but should be happy days once its done.

make sure to change the clutch while your there, perhaps a final drive upgrade or short gearset might be a good idea as well or even a new LSD contact user MFactory for more info or post a thread about it in the transmission section

Yeh i was thinking bout that aswell, but i think the clutch may already be uprated because the bite come on all of a sudden and is very strong. the mechanic said he thinks it may be a multi plate or racing puck clutch. I'll soon find out when the gearbox comes off
