Alright lads,

There's been a thread about this and there seems to be alot of interest so I got in contact with Westward Engineering and they have agreed a fee of €60 a head, which includes snacks and refreshments. The rules are that only one passenger allowed, no cars apart from the EK9.org members will be allowed attend. Put your name down on this list if you're going to make it. As usual, just contact me with any queries.

Cheers,
Ben

Date: Saturday 4th July
Venue: Westward Engineering
Price: €60
Deposit: €20

On a Rolling Road day, this fee includes the following;

welcome & sign in
dyno car including print out of power & torque,
testers advice/ comment
question time
tea/ coffee/ soft drinks throughout the day.
selection of crisps & munchies
use of our facilities/ meeting area
spot prize

Regardless of group size, we provide the same level of service to each
atendee. We welcome you all to experience a memorable day out, to enjoy the
buzz of running the cars & seeing how each member performs, an opportunity
to have some time to ask questions and get advice on your engines, or ideas
for future projects. There's plenty of resting space & oodles of magazines
to get lost in & an endless supply of refreshments throughout the day.

If you have any particluar requirements or ideas for your day, then please
let us know & we will see how we can be of assistance.

On a normal day, we do not provide tea/ coffee/ food/ question time/meet

They definately wont touch your ECU. I'd presume they will let us know what they think of how the cars performing.
