The refund has now been sent as agreed.
As is normal practice refunds aren't completed until the goods have been returned. They were received this morning.

Also, sending emails with the content of just "?????" don't really make a lot of sense and are difficult to reply to

Well i'm sure if a problem is being dealt with, you should be on alert and "proper" emails were sent before the question marks anyway, they were sent to get your attention.

Thats strange, hotmail never sent me an email regarding ones that werent sent to you! Or maybe check your junk/spam section as some of the emails went there.
