Well wendsday wasn't my day... I was on the road for cruising around the last day i was allowed this year (from march to october)...

in the last corner there was a fox running over the street at the apexi... well... i did the most wrong thing you can do... i released throttle and made a strong steering move to don't hit the fox...

the car begun to oversteer and i wasn't able to get back control of it.. the result? the ek9 is totaled... i did a looping an stoped in 3 meters from 90 kp/h to zero.

but i will stop my bad english here and let the pictures speak their own language...

i don't have problems with my body... the most painfull is that this car was a dream of mine.. and that hurts very much :(

In the next 2 weeks I will release a list of parts which are to sale... so if you're interessted in some ek9 parts just pn me.:((

omg man!!! that is gutting!!! my mate did the very same thing to his car, not an ek9, but it was a young deer. what made it worse was, he lost control of his car trying to avoid it, and actually still ended up hitting it!! so the car was a mess and was also covered in deer blood and stuff. was horrible!!

but i would be interested to find out what bits you have also...

is that an aftermarket manifold you have there? what kind is it if so? is there any damage to it?

also, your rocker cover looks good and doesnt appear to have any paint flaking? id be interested in a price for that also.

as well as those 2 grey brackets which appear at the front above the radiator.

are the 2 back wheels in tack and no damage?

truly i am gutted for you though, i bet that situation is so ****!!

omg that is horrible but i am happy you are not injured. Did you have insurance? I almost had the same encounter with a dear but i was going slow at the time.

I thank you for not hitting the fox, it was a very humane thing to do but the truth is your car would be less damaged if you hit it, clearly your heart is pure :)

I have already pm'd you mate, but thought I'd post as well since I still can't get over this. I am really gutted for you mate! Hope the insurance can cover it! :(

Yes i have an insurance for animal-crahs... m,y problem is, that i didn't it the fox and well... i hope they believe my that there was a fox :(

****////looks bad mate. but at least your alright..as **** as it is to see your dreams wrecked at least your still there to look at it!!! cars can be replaced.

Jesus thats awful man. Glad you wern't hurt and as Blinx said you were great for not hitting the fox. I hate to see roadkill and try my best to avoid hitting animals on the road also. Fair play to you. And I hope you get sorted out with a new car soon:)

OMG That is bloody horrible i hate seeing this especially when it looks like it was a very tidy well maintained example.

Hope you get it sorted and glad you were not hurt.

WOW !! sorry to see this happen , glad to hear your OK thats what really matters

F$@%@&& fox sucks

i would have hit it it wouldnt have been your fault.i know what its like to lose your dream car i feel awful for you man sorry.

Sorry to hear about this, glad your sharing this with everyone tho to warn them.

Hope everything works out for you dude! :nice:

That's a terrible wreck! I feel for you though, I did the same thing, just not as bad and no animals were involved.

sorry to hear about that man.

glad your ok and well.

that is terrible. my friend just totalled his hatch, had a itr swap in it. he had it for two days, lost control and totalled it. the motor is fine but the back end wrapped around a tree.

I am so sad for you :(
Crash an EK9 and there is one less in the world.

At least you are ok, you can always replace the car but you cant replace say... an arm or a leg.
