Selling on behalf of my mum, details are as follows:
Miles: 98K
Timing Chain Done
Clutch Done
Brakes (Calipers, Discs, Pads) Done
Tyres are all good
Gearbox all good
Completely standard bar a K&N Typhoon Induction Kit
Maintained and Look after by Automek - MOT Till end of December
Has a Edge sub & amp box and pioneer head-unit, can't remember if door speakers were done as well
Receipts for all the work carried out, the big two obviously being Clutch and Timing Chain, anyone interested in buying this EP3 or any k-series for that matter should always check when these were last done, so if your in the market make sure you check!
Not actually my car so I don't know the bodywork like its one of my own, however when photographing I did notice a very small in the rear quarter just above wheel arch, no rusting or anything and should easily be removed. The exhaust appearance wise isn't great but structurally its all good.
IMO all the car needs is a good detail and a wheel refurb and it would be mint!
