Honda MTF 3 gear oil. Buy it at your local honda dealer

Just changed the box oil and used this thread for info, was a great help Box is alot smoother now, last person to change the oil had overfilled it so I think that was causing me issues. Reverse goes in straight away now and it appears to have solved my 2nd gear crunch issue. My s4c in EK9 took 2.4 litres and I used Monda MTF-3.

can u get the oil and crush washers from the honda dealers?

ok, just need to find the closest honda dealer now lol, seems pretty straight forward anyway. will b doin this in a week or 2 when i change my clutch and flywheel.

Also, when u take the VSS out and fill up that way do u still take out the filling hole nut to make sure u don't overfill??

Yes still remove fill nut so you know when there is enough in there(when gearbox oil starts flowing out it)
