good painter in glasgow

hello once more so its basically as the title says im not liking the black on red of the grill and the bootlid or sideskirts and with my ek9 lips going on soonish im not wanting it all to stick out like a soar thumb. so im wanting it to blend nice and iv been told that millano red is a hard color to match by a painter guy thats in and out of the work. i want a good job thats not going to stick out but at the same time i dont wanna get ripped of because this will probibly be requireing some money savings
anyone know a good place round about glasgow ?, on a side note has anyone got a cure for a back bumper thats slowly rusting itself away from the wheel arches
