Headlight adjustment

Hey This may sound really dumb and all, But i just bought some new headlights cause my old ones were fogging up. I drove with them at night and my headlights are scattered everywhere, Im trying to figure out how to adjust them but im getting confused. I see these two knobs with teeth where i thought thats how you would adjust them, one has a screw in it while thats connected to a smaller knob but its practically impossible to move them. Does any one have any info regarding this. Pics/info would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.


P.s Light housing is for a 99 civic

come on guys look at your headlights there are two knobs you dont need a pic for this... grab a scredriver and turn the big gear it should turn the small gear but they are soo cheaply made even the oem ones that sometimes they just brake, it takes a lot of turning to get any adjustment have fun! and if there not oem honda you will really need the luck...:D
 
Yea thanx..I figured it out..i just took the bog knob off and used pliers for the smaller one with teeth. I got em adjusted, took alot of trial and error but i got it. Thanx for the help :)
