Headwork ID Code

Hi.
We have a 98 Spec R integra R.
Recently the engine has been refreshed (stock oem replacement parts).

On the headwork - right side - timing belt side , it has as identification code of H293. Is this the OEM from Honda if anyone has the knowledge around ? Due to the car's performance , and noise at high rpm compared to other 98 ITR's i got a few whispers about spoon stage1 works in the engine.

Just wanted to confirm if anyone has any idea!

just from the noise they could tell who did the headwork? if there`s any at all? Only way to know is a flowbench.
 
Sure it needs a flowbench!

Nothing we can find out about the printed codes on the head especially the h293 ? thanks ! The car was always 1 - 1,5 cars in front of any normal 98 spec R itr in any road race in any conditions with same style exhaust and a CAI.
