Bought the car 1st day i had it oil pump failed engine seized! Got another block oil pump failed changed the pump but bearings were damaged. Converted it to B18c-R Head cracked somehow, got a new head and oil pump failed in the block after a week. So i broke the car ha!

I could not believe how clean it was for a 1995 car when i first saw it! Its a genuine Ek4 SiR sunroof model, most things on the car were kept original and still has the engine that came from the factory. It also has a decent enough spec list but nothing over the top!
When i bought the car it was'nt running right and it was "fitted" with an apexi neo, i had my suspicions that the neo wasnt fitted right and thats the reason the car was running poorly, i took a chance on it anyway as i knew i would'nt get another one as clean.

When i got my hands on it i removed the neo to find that there was only three wires connected from the harness and there was cut and naked wires scattered in the loom! after a few hours i fixed it all up and wired my own rsm and she was running perfect! What a hack job whoever tried to wire the neo! I also had a little bit of problems with the dizzy but i had a spare so it worked out fine in the end

Spec:
Maxim Works 2.5" exhaust manifold
Buddyclub spec 4 race spec exhaust system
Rota Slips just refurbished
TypeR front strut
TypeR Spoiler
TypeR Interior
Ksport lower control arms
Mugen lower tie bar
Apexi Rsm
Aem V2
Carbon Bonnet
Mugen Front lip
Ek9 headlights
Ek9 front and back bumper

Very tidy SIR mate. Havnt seen it around cork yet. If you see a metallic blue em1 on the southlink thats more than likely me, spend my days going up and down it :D

Welcome to ek9, nice SiR very clean engine bay;) any plans for it?

Yes, hopefully next summer i get around to building an engine. At the moment I dont have the time. The engine in the car is perfect and very quick for a B16a but i'll be building a big spec B18c engine as i have the parts lying around from breaking my ek9!
