Hi folks. not quite an EK9 owner but i got an EJ9 with a d14a4 engine. It has done 146,000 miles. Unfortunately I dont have my license yet but im working on that. As it was owned by an elderly gent im pretty sure it has never been over the speed limit or modded. But under the hood is grubby and greasy. How do I go about getting it nice n shiny. Would a power jet be to much?
Any advice is better than none
Thanx
Andy

You need to clean that engine my friend! hehehe I have a 1998 ej6 :)

Do I strip it and clean individual parts, jet wash it or drive it through a stream lol
its got 146,000 miles on the clock. but i got it for £200

WTF, 200 quid? Is there any rust?

A little touch on the exterior rear wheel arches, easily smoothed and painted over i guess.

Well for this kind of job I prefer to take the car to a car wash center, they do it very easy and cheap
