help!!! immobiliser is on

well as above it is on,came home and parked up at 12 last night was going to work in naas had to be there for 9 hoped into the car,and theres not a kick out of it,radio etc came on


i drive 98 ek3 d15z6 civic if anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated thanks
