Help on deciding clutch!

Hey guys, just shopping for a new clutch atm for my 'teg.

Its a standard engine with your usual bolt-ons (I/H/E). Have also got a Fidanza flywheel

Car will be used as a daily driver, fast road and MAYBE the odd track-day here and there. I am a bit harsh on my clutch sometimes tbh though !

So far, after doing research, I've whittled it down to these 3 clutches, but this is where I'm stuck, which one to go for !?

1. OEM Honda
2. Exedy Stage 1
3. Competition Clutch Stage 1

Any help will be greatly appreciated ! thanks
 
Had an exedy 1 in my 1st ek9, b18 mapped with bolt ons.
Tbh a stock clutch will do what you want, but the stage ones are the same price anyway iirc?
Tbh those clutch are all the same so I'd go with the cheapest one. Not like your turbo or always drag racing etc to need anything updated.
 
Oem over a stage 1 clutch for a car under 200 bhp..
 
Def OEM all the way mate. Speak to Boyle on here as he runns a Honda parts dept.

Thanks for the replies lads. Yeah tbh I was kind of leaning towards OEM as I've only heard good things about them, but thought I'd see if there are any better alternatives regarding engine response and feel.

^ thanks mate, ill drop him a PM and see what he says. Checked eBay and found one for £159 which seems pretty reasonable !
