has anybody out there been useing the skunk 2 camber kit for front and rear if so dose it help what deg of neg camber are you useing also are you geting problems with drive shafts pulling out
cheers

i have ingalls camber kits front and rear which are the same design... you should not have any axles popping out.

On a road car, 1.5 or 2 deg should be ok if your car is lowered.

When you lower the car, especially with camber kit, you have to be prepared fr excessive tyre wear. You can always correct the camber back to neutral so you can get even tyre wear but the benefits of camber arms are negated.

I run 2.5 degrees front and 1.5 rear, but that's for the track on my old setup (doulbled for street), these days I run 3 and 2.

For street 1.5 and .5 ought to be enough, just to make your tyres last longer.

Correction, Incorrect TOE In/Out causes uneven tyre wear, not Camber. ;)

camber does effect tire wear cos wen u lower ur car the top of ur wheels camber in mean the tire makes more road contact wit the inside corner of the tire rather than the flat suface of it.

Hi, I've tried and tested, I am lowered -70mm+ with no camber kit, been driving on the same YOKOHAMA tyres for 4000miles, and get even tyre wear.
How? I had wheel alignment done.
Thank You have a nice day.

im running on yokos to and lowered on coilovers and i can say i definatley dont have even tyre wear the insides of the front could be polished so off to get some new tyres and a camber kit i go

I also agree with bon, Had everything on my eg6 except camber and im pretty low, and tyres hardly wear down, on goodyear f1s

It really just depends how badly effected your camber is when you lower your car. How long is a piece of string?

Basically, everyone is different.

Also, you have to remember, some roads are created banked in order to aid water flow into the gutters (if they were completely flat, they would be flooded everytime it rains). This also has an effect on tire wear.

as i mentioned earlier, toe is the main factor, but camber contribues as well... it may just be a little bit but it certainly does contribute, and believe me on heavier cars like mercedes CLS camber will really kill the tire fast.
