i have k&n induction on civic 1.4 sometimes i get a high whistle noise is this normal,please someone let me know thanks

yes its normal.

usually the pitch of air going through the filter/pipe

My AEM does the same. You can try "fix" by tightening up the jubilee clips.

Does the throttle body point up? All civics with that design make a whistle noise when they draw in air, the factory intake just makes it quieter, a lot of B18c4's make this noise too when fitted with a CAI or SRI. in short, yes normal, but what does this have to do with forced induction?
