Hey people,

My names James, I have been looking around the site recently and I have to say there is some lovely EK9's on here, and the forums seem full of information that hopefully will be handy to me.

Basically I would like a new car, I never really thought about going Jap until a friend of mine got a Civic recently and since then ive been looking at them. Im still undecided but Im pretty sure a EK9 is the one for me.

One major drawback which may affect my decision is, How hard is it to, get hold of parts for them in the UK?

In the Uk you can find a lot of parts, it all depends of your budget, depending on that we can tell you if you can buy a ek9, we have some car sellers in the forum, for example, duncan from fastjapcars feel free to ask anymore questions

you should be able to get almost all the parts you need from the honda dealer as the ek9 shares a a lot of parts with civic vti... parts like clutch/suspension usually get upgraded once they go bad, so no need to worry about that, uprated parts meant for a VTI will fit...
