Hi new to the forum,need some ek advice

well i wanna make 200 or bit more all motor on my b16A wat would i need to do that i have a pretty decent setup already and was thinking of my next step would be bigger manifold or cams ,if i do go wit cams which ones do u guys recommend ,or if i go bigger manifold which one do u guys recommend

oh by the way guys im planning on selling the trunk lid cover that covers the hatch trunk and folds if anyone is interested in it its in good condition no stains or tears

the ways to make power NA are simple:

-raise compression
-large cams
-good header
-large exhaust
-upgrade intake manifold
-port head
-tune tune tune

everybody will different opinions on which company makes the best parts so i am not listing any brands or stages...
