HKS Hi-Power Question

Hey guys, juts a quick question, i have got a hks hi power for my dc2 and i was wondering if the tip of the backbox should have the hks hi power etching on the tip? i know the 'silent' hi power one does (see below)

is that the american market only though? mine doesnt have one on. but it has a hks plaque on it with model and serial number. Thanks for your respense
