been super busy and didn't have any time or money to speed things up a little..
So here are the updates of what I still could do the last weeks:

Installed the DW300 Fuel pump:

They look 10 times better and will do till I will get recarros.. somewhere in the future

That's it for now plans are:
1.Larger Muffler
2.Fit and weld the Exhaust system
3.supercharger, BOV, WG en intercooler fitment.
4. AEM V2 instead of KPRO and a Dyno tuning session,

soem quick updates

Super Super Busy with work and other personal **** that i didnt get much time to finish this up.

But i came this far:

1. Rotrex Bracket in and mounten/plumbed that **** up:











2. Got a 3" electric adjustable exhaust valve( hopefully get de exhaust sound way down):





3. replaced the 3" donuts with V-bands:





4. oilcatchcan en radiator reservoir:


 
5. replaced the starter with an almost as new one:



6. gave the engine bay a nice scrub:



7. Fitted and had the intercooler welded:















8.Synapse WG, Hondata BC and Synapse DV plumbed:




9. Replaced the MAP sensor:




Did a test run Wednesday night till 5 k rpm @ 7PSI when the standard hose clamps at the intercooler shot off.
The 3" T-bolt clamps i had weren't large enough so ordered 3.5"s.

And Thursday morning my car wouldn't start.. for some reason the mapsensors (both oem and the hondata) read 11.7 and 46.6 psi with ignition on in K manager..

Didn't have time to check anything yet and hope to sort this out tomorrow.

Fixed!! the 3rd pin in my MAP sensor engine plug had a loose contact.

Did some street tune runs with a bud of mine and seems i have a vac leak somewhere..going to recheck all lines and replace the throttle body to intake gasket,

Updates

Am street tuned at 10 psi (WG spring) and couldn't continue up cause my AEM wideband readings and the reading in Kpro aren't the same.
New cables are ordered and will be in in 3 weeks.

After this run I concluded that my adjustable exhaust valve shuts close at full throttle..
So my passenger has to hold the valve open manually( connected it to a NOS output later and i still need to test it).

Finally started project facelift and rustfree:

Went with imitation fenders and a bumper, got a carbon face-lift hood, OEM front EK9/EK4 front lip and ordered a OEM EK9 grill at lings.

Cant wait! Waiting for the spray painter when he has a chance.


Also switching to a OEM EK9 suspension and rims this Saturday; if all goes well.

Will be attending my 1st official 1/4 mile drag race next week Friday if all goes according to plan

And broke my Rotrex unit..
It happened with like 600km on my 1st unit and after like idk.. 50+ street runs?

This was Right after I stopped:

Took it of for inspection.The turbine shaft broke?


Oil was at the mark, (I have the V1.0 dipstick), temp was ok, I did lots 3rd runs until 8500 rpm then tune for like 2-5 mins and do a pull again that day...

Send it to Rotrex Danmark and they gave me a replacement under warrenty.
Still waiting on em to tell me what went wrong.


Dint make it on time cause the sprayer was supposed to have it done by Wednesday and was still not finished on Friday..
And I got played by the guy that was going to trade/sell me the EK9 suspension with OEM Ek9 rims..

so next plans are:
Tune till 20 PSI (after 20 June)
Rearfenders weld in inserts and a spray
29th June dyno day
12 Juli 400m @ Drachten Airport again

Update from Rotrex..
After breaking 2 units in 2 months and allot of back and forth discussions Ill get a refund.

I'm planning for a GT35RR or GT40RR Turbo setup Eta summer 2014..

Two days before my dyno appointment the 2nd Rotrex broke..
So went all motor:

Replaced my rad and slimfan after a overheating failure during a official drag race because the slimfan bearings gave up and the fan ate the radiator..:











Fianlly also swapped to a full EK9 undercarriage/brake/rim set:

Finally Scored a LHD DC2 steering rack and can use the EHPS.. been carriageway that pump as dead weight for over 2 years now..:







Weled in a extra resonator after the exhaust valve i welded in died..

(result.. didnt help at all..waiting for the turbo charger as its quieter then NA..)

Where in the nederlands you are located. maybe 2014 when you have finished the setup we can test against my b series Turbo at 2 bar on e85 :)
