Honda Integra Type R *updated pg3*


This week i took the car to my friends shed to use his lift, removed the gearbox and opened it up as there was a grind in 4th.





I was after buying the rebuild parts from Honda few weeks back. I got Synchro Sleeve, Synchro Hub, Synchros, Springs, Mainshaft Bearing, Input Shaft Seal & 3 Litres of Honda MTF

Then i decided to strip the rear suspension off the car to underseal the car. While i was at the rear suspension i noticed my RTA bushings were worn so ordered new ones from Honda.

Undersealed the car this evening and left it overnight to dry.









Tomorrow i will be fitting the new RTA bushes,fitting the rear suspension, my cusco coilovers all round and the rebuilt S80 with 96spec 4th and 5th and Fidanza Flywheel.

Put the trailing arms back in today, put back on the exhaust, fitted new RTA bushes, put back on the bumper, coilovers and uk spec rear lights







Tomorrow i must fit the front suspension, fit the flywheel and gearbox

Bit of an update, the so called perfect Cusco coilovers werent so perfect after been told they were, so had to go out and buy new ones, bought brand new BC Coilovers for the car..

Also got the car mapped and dyno'd, made 210.6bhp unmapped, 218.3bhp mapped, pulls alot better now :)

Sent the car away Monday 03/03/14 for a full respray. Will be replacing all the decals on the car with genuine Honda ones

Picked up my new wheels today, Genuine 15" Racing Hart CP-035, 6.5jj et45



Also ordered full set of NS-2R Nankangs for the wheels


Looking forward to getting it back and getting it back on the road :)
