I have tryed a search but i couldnt find a how to - to fit these pedals.
Looking to fit these over the weekend any help will be good.

Thanks in advance.

-remove split pins from the dowel pins on clutch/brake pedals
-remove the dowel pins from clutch/brake pedals which secure the plungers for the Master cylinders to the pedals
-accelerator pedal, remove the throttle cable from the throttle body/inlet manifold so you have ultimate slack. plastic clip that holds the cable to the accelerator pedal, unclip this

never been further than that myself, imagine there is now nuts/bolts that the pedals pivot on in the footwell, undo these taking note of where any washers may go, reassemble with the new pedals and be sure to adjust the throttle cable correctly/refit the split pins to the dowels

Are you trying to put them in a LHD or RHD Civic?

Its a rhd civic. I dont fink i will try and fit them myself.
Will just get them done same time as my clutch etc.
Thanks for the info though steven.

It's not a mechanic needed operation. You should try it to learn a little about your car and save some money at the same time.

my mechanic fitted these for me few months back.

said pedal box had to come out :secret:

glad i didnt attempt it in the end.

can u not just swap the peddles over onto what uve got on now or are the arms different in a ek9?

The pedals look like there joined onto the arms. I couldnt tell you if the arms are any different though.

Had a look at my mates ones the other night

To get the nut and bolt out for the clutch you need to remove the metal frame the clutch pedal is bolted to, with this out the way you can get the nut and bolt off the brake pedal hinge, accelerator is straight forward

Best to remove the drivers side lower dash and also the lower steering column surround for better access
