How to recognise b16b head?

What marking to look out for and internals ectr.
Is there any differnce in hieght compare to a b16a2 head.
As my car is 99-00 facelift so have the obd2b dizzy ectr can a 98 spec Ctr head fit any problems,are the 98 head spec obd2a will it's still work.
Any info and point appreciated.
 
All type R heads are identical, just the ek9 intake cam is a little more aggressive than the dc2.

So are the vti b16a2 head is the same as b16b head apart from internals then ?
Any differences in spec over the years of the b16 b heads?
 
To look at they are the same, the type r head should have a green mark up on the intake side near the distributor. Apparently this green mark was applied on the production line to the best castings to be taken for type r treatment. No differences apart from intake cam as said on ctr being a tad more aggressive and the fact that the earlier heads were ported and polished by hand whereas after 98 was done by machine
