Intake Manifold help!

Hi guys recently bought my new car! gone back to the ek9 life but this time with a 2000rx plate absloutley loving the car!

The car came with a skunk2 intake manifold that i might have a bash at putting on myself..

Anyone know any threads with a good guide etc?

This was done on a sir teg but pretty much the same procedure for the b16b. Label anything you take off and note where it goes if you don't know exactly what it is your removing that way you can't go wrong.

Hi mate thanks for the guide gone really well so far..

except im struggling with removing the bolts on the underside of the manifold, finding them very tricky!

Anyone have any advice on getting these out easily?

Have you tried undoing from underneath the car. Proberbly be easier than undoing them from on top

Shes on! had a couple of bolts cross thread so gotta sort them out later on tonight but the inlet manifold is on!
