intake manifold?

Whats the best intake manifold out there for a ek. Only just bought 1 and was wondering what you fellas would recommend. I know toda is the be all and end all for Honda's but ridiculously expensive.

Sorry elchunk im new dnt really know where to post questions. Its n/a b16b ive only just thought about tuning and adding hp just dnt know the best way to go about it

Ideally lookin about 210 wheel hp she is completely stock.

ok 1st thing id do is look at the exhaust i.e manifold, free flow cat or de cat then a good cat backexhaust.

look at either a panel filter in the box or some kind of forced induction kit, maybe a remap to bring everythin into tune.

start with the basic ABC mods.

then if you want more after that then do some research into what you need.

inlet manifold i wouldnt worry about too much at the moment as they will flow pretty well stock

you wont hit 210whp with those mdos but it gives you the right direction to start with,
